What are the qualifications to become a home manager?

You must have furnishings and accessories that will complement and attractively furnish the home you select. You can be a Home Manager if you:
• Have nice furnishing or will rent/purchase
• Commit to keeping the house in “model home condition”
• Do not smoke
• Do not have pets (with some exceptions)
